Specific Experience in Procurement Management:

I have specific experience in working with Health Sector Procurement with World Bank Dhaka Office, Bangladesh as Procurement Consultant. The detail experiences are as follows:

1. International (25 Man-months): Islamic Republic of Afghanistan as (a) International Procurement Adviser, AREDP (Multiple donor funded project) in the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development; (b) International Procurement Specialist, CALP (IFAD funded project) in the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock.
2. National-Projects Funded by Multiple Donors including ADBs and Bangladesh Government (70 Man-months): World Bank funded including IFAD & USAID (NATP), Government of Bangladesh Funded (AFDP, Bangladesh e-Government ERP Project).
3. National-Government (49 Man-months): Physical Infrastructure Development Wing of the Department of Agriculture Extension and Agricultural Information Services, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of Bangladesh.
4. Tasks Performed: Leading, influencing and guiding the procurement team to be compliance with procurement standard, acts, laws, rules and guidelines of the concerned country; Leading in negotiation, contracting and contract management using World Bank, ADBs and FIDIC contract documents; Practitioner of electronic procurement and arbitration; Special experience in working with Multi-donor funded Health Sector Development Project managed by World Bank; Practitioner of preparation of bidding documents of large contracts of Goods, Works and Services, including complex works contracts.
