Company Description

The Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission has been established as an independent body within the framework of the State of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and it shall function independently. Afghanistan State accepted its existence based on Bonn Agreement, the AIHRC has its own law and its law made pursuant to the article no 58 of fundamental Constitution of Afghanistan; and the resolution 134 of 20 December 1993 the United Nations General Assembly, in order to monitor the observance of human Rights, to promote and protect human rights and to regulate the affairs related to the structure, duties, powers and method of work of the AIHRC.
