GRM International was established in 1968 and grew to become a leading international project management company providing a diverse range of services to bilateral and multilateral funding agencies, governments, corporations and civil society in a wide range of sectors. We have over 40 years of experience managing in excess of 700 medium to large-scale projects in more than 120 countries, including Afghanistan, South Asia, and most MENA nations. GRM currently has four projects under contract in Afghanistan (total contract value USD57.7 million) funded by the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID), the World Bank, the Department for International Development (DFID), and the European Commission.
GRM brings expertise in sourcing and managing high quality development experts and managers, covering a wide range of disciplines and skills including extensive experience in technical and vocational training and education. Our organizational structure enables us to resource personnel worldwide. We currently contract over 1200 experts and support staff around the world, working to assist developing communities, government initiatives and commercial opportunities.
Apart from its offices in Dubai, London, Brisbane, Melbourne, Jakarta, Port Moresby, and Johannesburg, GRM maintains a fully equipped office and five secure guest houses in Kabul (in Kart-e-Se since 2003). At present we have 38 international personnel in Afghanistan supported by approximately 70 national staff. We also directly support our operations in Afghanistan through our regional office in Dubai.
