Introduction:
Mashaal Training & Development Organization (MTDO) is highly dedicated social services
association in Afghanistan. MTDO is formed by moralistic and educated Afghan group who
has gathered the core practical experience from various International and National
Organizations and related potential knowledge from abroad. Our mission is to help enhance
education, social and economic developments, give support in eradication of poverty and
unemployment through creating job opportunities, increase literacy rate and cultural
developments, give support to farmers in rehabilitation of agricultural infrastructure, protect
environment, defend children, women and youths rights, alert and educate from drug
abuses, create sense of ownership, assist returnees and refugees, Kuchies, help disabled
consequently provide public health and other facilities in
Subsequent with Afghanistan National Development Strategy.
Beside humanitarian programs our association intends to provide trainings and business
management services to Government, Private Sector Investors, and Donors in Afghanistan.
MTDO is registered with the Ministry of Economy, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
MTDO is currently focusing on the Southern Region of Afghanistan and has its main office in
Kandahar while having representation in Kabul and as well as in other parts of the country.
